Horse and Hoof Runway terms of use

These terms are between you and Deep Challenger VR LLC (“we”) for the game Horse and Hoof Runway. By playing you agree to them. If you are a child, a parent or guardian should read them with you. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Playing fair and kind

• Rate every look honestly. Do not give unfair ratings on purpose, and do not try to make others feel bad.
• Do not cheat, use bugs to get ahead, or try to get into our servers or other players’ accounts.
• Do not try to make looks that are rude or upsetting.

Players can hide and report each other. We may remove a player from rooms or delete an account that breaks these rules.

Coins and items

Coins and items are part of the game. They have no money value, cannot be sold or traded, and can change as we improve the game. Right now every item is free.

The game

We work to keep the game running, but it may be unavailable at times, and rounds can end early if a connection drops. The game is provided “as is”, as far as the law allows. We are not responsible for losses that come from using it, as far as the law allows.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above.
